Job Descriptions

Nationality: Argentinian, Brazilian, Mexican 

Cook and serve Argentinian, Brazilian and Mexican food specials such as Milanesa and Chiles en Nogada and other typical signature dishes from South America 
Cook and serve a range of open-Fire meats as well as Latin Set Menus 
Cook and serve a range of salads. 
Cook and serve Latin Desserts and Sweets. 
Operate Argentinian, Brazilian and Mexican Pop-ups and live cooking stations. 
Develop and demonstrate with guests, Latin Cooking Classes. 
Cover all meal periods including breakfast
